PEOPLE’S CHURCH CHILDREN'S MINISTRY

The People's Church Children’s Ministry is designed with a holistic approach in developing a child mentally, physically, spiritually and socially. “And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature in favour with God and man” Luke 2: 52.

We minister close to 3000 children, 2000 in the city and suburbs and about 1000 in our Missions Churches.

We also focus on training teachers and development of workers in Childrens’ Ministry.

The Ministry is administered under the five purposes of the Church which are Worship, Discipleship, Fellowship, Ministry and Evangelism.

WORSHIP: We have a Children’s Choir, as well as a Children’s Band and Orchestra, Dance Troupe which enhances the worship.

DISCIPLESHIP: We disciple the children through Sunday School , Royal Ranger Programme and Vacation Bible School.

FELLOWSHIP; We have Games and Sports Days and Outings for children to interact with one another. We also conduct Childrens’ Camps.

MINISTRY; Every Sunday we conduct Childrens’ Church in all three languages. We also visit the sick children in hospitals and the children in the Prison. We take time to remember their Birthdays by sending a Greeting Card.

EVANGELISM: We create opportunities through our childrens’ rallies to reach new children.
